Smart Summaries
What happened, who owns it, what was decided

How it works

- 2Topics, decisions, and action items are extracted automatically
- 3Each action item is attributed to a speaker where possible

Interactive Knowledge Graph
Connect the dots across all your meetings
Every meeting is a node. Every concept, person, and decision becomes a link. Wisprnote AI's force-directed graph lets you explore your meeting history visually — spot patterns, trace decisions, and see how conversations evolve.
How it works

- 2Concepts and people are automatically linked across meetings
- 3Explore the graph visually — click any node to see its context
- 4Query the graph in plain English using AI Chat
AI Chat
Ask anything about your meeting history
Wisprnote AI's RAG-backed chat lets you query any single meeting or your entire corpus. "What did we decide about Q3 pricing?" gets you an answer with the exact quote and meeting timestamp.
How it works
- 1Open any meeting or the full corpus in AI Chat
- 2Type your question in plain English
- 3Get an answer with the exact source quote and timestamp
- 4Follow up with context — the AI remembers the conversation

Your meetings belong to you
All recordings and transcripts are saved to ~/Library/Application Support/Wisprnote by default. They never leave your device unless you enable cloud sync.
Cloud sync via Supabase is off by default. When enabled, data is end-to-end encrypted before it ever leaves your device.
Wisprnote AI does not use your meeting data, recordings, or transcripts to train AI models. Ever.
You can delete individual meetings, all transcripts, or your entire account from within the app at any time.
