Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with Wisprnote AI. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for paid subscriptions.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to:

  • Pro plan: Monthly and annual subscriptions
  • Team plan: Monthly and annual subscriptions

To request a refund within this period, contact us at support@wisprnote.ai with your account email and the reason for the refund.

3. Free Trial

Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is necessary.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Once a refund is processed, your subscription is downgraded to the Free plan immediately.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day money-back period
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account termination due to abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Partial-month or partial-period refunds (subscriptions are billed in full for each cycle)

6. Downgrades & Cancellations

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Cancellation: Takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until then.
  • Downgrade: Similar to cancellation — your current paid features remain active until the billing period ends, then you move to the Free plan.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle outside the 14-day guarantee window.

7. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@wisprnote.ai before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Material changes will be communicated via email.
