How to Set Up Jira Integration with Wisprnote AI

Generate a Jira API token

Log in to your Atlassian account at id.atlassian.com. Go to Security > API tokens and click "Create API token." Name it "Wisprnote" and copy the token value — it is only shown once.

Open Integrations in Wisprnote AI Settings

In the Wisprnote AI desktop app, click the gear icon to open Settings, then go to the Integrations tab. Click "Connect" next to Jira.

Enter your Jira credentials and save

Fill in your Atlassian domain (yourcompany.atlassian.net), account email, and the API token. Click Save. Wisprnote AI verifies the connection and shows a green "Connected" indicator.

Push action items to Jira from any meeting

Open any meeting in Wisprnote AI and go to Action Items. Click the Jira icon next to any item, select a project and issue type, and click "Create Issue." A link to the new Jira issue appears instantly in the action item row.
